Q. How do I order and pay for a BMX Plate?

A. Select the style of plate you would like and a decal option in the Shop. Email as many details as you can about the things that you would like to have on your plate. You can pick things that appear on Completed Custom Plates. Once plate payment has been processed a design is created based your info, a proof is emailed to you and after a few emails back and forth, if required, you are looking at your new Rush Custom BMX Plate.

Q. How long does it take to get a Custom Plate?

A. Depending on the work load we aim to get an initial design back to you in approx. 2-3 working days once all details are supplied and the order has been paid for. When the design is approved it takes about another 1-2 days to have the plate made ready for posting. Weekends are not counted as working days.

Q. How can I pay for my plate?

A. Payment options include PayPal, Credit Card (via PayPal or Square), EFT or cash/card on pick up.

Q. How do I get my plate?

A. All plates are posted using Australia Post, unless prior arrangement has been made to collect from the Rush Shop. We recommend an option which has a tracking number. You will receive an email advising that your order has been posted.

Q. I need a plate in a hurry, if I select Express Post as a postage option will I get it sooner?

A. Selecting Express Post will only save time on delivery once the plate/goods are made and ready for posting. It is best to contact Rush Industries by email or phone to find out if your deadline can be met.

Q. Do I need my Club to approve my Custom BMX Plate Design before it is made?

A. Whilst Rush Industries aims to provide you with the best Custom Plate on the market, sole responsibility is with you the customer to make sure that the proposed design will be suitable for using in your State or Territory. If in doubt ask your Club. We can tailor your plate to suit all requirements during the design stage. Once it has been made and posted it is too late.

Q. Can you make a plate with a design that I have created?

A. So long as your artwork is created in a suitable/compatible program and you have created the design, then yes. We will not make any plates with other peoples designs or that you have copied from the web.

Q. Can you make a plate with a design that I have seen on the web?

A. We will not make any plates with other peoples designs that you have copied from the web, copyright laws prevent this.

Q. I have seen plates similar to Rush Plates, are they the same?

A. No they are not the same. Since 2006 we pride ourselves at Rush Industries with being a leader in plate designs here in Australia. With over 25 years experience in graphic design and sign manufacture, we only use the best quality materials for all our products.  Beware of cheap imitations. Remember, you get what you pay for.
